We’re working on remote ID for drones with a global reach. Our devices are among the smallest and lightest out there, paired with cutting-edge air traffic control software. We’re always pushing the limits, bringing new innovations to set the industry standard.

We need a Technical Product Manager to join us in shaping the future. You’ll coordinate development, handle customer support, write technical docs, and work closely with different teams (dev, marketing, support).

What you’ll do:

‍

• Customer Support & Guides:
  • Lead and improve customer support, write and update user manuals and guides.
  • Collect feedback from customers, analyze it, and suggest ways to make our product better.
  • Make sure communication between our teams and customers is smooth and clear.

• Product Development & Testing:
  • Create test plans for new products and run tests in real-life situations.
  • Gather data and work with the development team to improve the products.
  • Analyze product features, find areas for improvement, and design testing environments.

• Content Creation & Internal Documentation:
  • Write product descriptions, guides, and materials for the marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage and update documents that explain key features and details of the products.

• New Features Coordination & Communication:
  • Make sure information about new product features is shared effectively across teams (sales, marketing, customer support).
  • Create short videos and guides for both internal and external use.

• Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Keep an eye on competitors and analyze their products.
  • Prepare summaries of the main strengths and weaknesses of competing solutions.

• Team & Partner Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to create an effective strategy.
  • Train colleagues, partners, and resellers.
