At Dronetag, we build technologies that help keep airspace safe. Our devices today run all over the world — from drone identification to real-time detection.

We're not a corporation, and we keep all development in-house. And hardware is where it all begins.

Now we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it. Not just to draw schematics, but to actually shape how our products work.

What's in it for you

You'll be there from the start of new devices. From the first idea to the final product.

‍

• design electronics and PCBs (KiCad / Eagle)
• pick components, create schematics and libraries
• debug and test prototypes
• tune the design so it works not just on the bench but in the real world
• collaborate with the FW team, mechanics, and production
• bring your own ideas and push things forward

What we're specifically working on

‍

• devices for transmitting and detecting drone Remote ID
• detection systems built on SDR
• multilateration of signals (TDoA, AoA)
• a new Linux platform on iMX8

‍

Who we're looking for

‍

Someone who already has something behind them and doesn't want to just follow assignments.

‍

• has experience with hardware design from A to Z
• handles PCB design (4 or more layers) and digital circuits (MCU, SPI, I2C…)
• can debug real hardware
• has at least a basic grasp of wireless communication design (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa…)
• can work independently and see things through

We're not looking for someone who needs to be told every step. We're looking for someone who finds that step themselves.

What we'll appreciate on top

‍

• experience from IoT, embedded projects, or embedded Linux
• a step into RF
• the drive to improve processes, tools, and workflow
