V Dronetagu vyvíjíme špičkové technologie pro bezpečný, efektivní a transparentní provoz dronů. Specializujeme se na dálkovou identifikaci, monitorování v reálném čase, detekci dronů a správu flotil – v souladu s globálními předpisy. Naše zařízení pomáhají integrovat drony do vzdušného prostoru a poskytují důležitá data záchranným složkám, leteckým úřadům i provozovatelům kritické infrastruktury. Produkty Dronetag využívají zákazníci ve více než 40 zemích světa – včetně armád více než 15 států, kde podporují taktické operace i situační povědomí v terénu.

Job Overview

Dronetag is a technology company setting the direction in drone operations safety.

Our solutions are used today by customers in more than 40 countries — from Europe to the US — and we help them meet regulatory requirements and increase the safety of airspace.

We're not growing "at any cost". We're growing because there's long-term, increasing demand for our solutions and we have stable projects and partners. That gives room to build sales with quality and consideration, not under constant pressure on quotas.

What this role really is

  • You'll develop new business with clients in Europe and the US
  • You'll lead sales cases from first contact to handover to our sales people Dan, Angel, and Tereza
  • You'll learn to sell a technology solution in a regulated environment
  • You'll work with the product and technical teams
  • You'll keep everything in the CRM (Pipedrive)

We're looking for someone who wants to understand both the product and the customer, and to whom it makes sense to build relationships, not just close quick deals.

Who we'll be glad to see in this role

You might recognize yourself in this:

  • ideally you have 2–5 years of experience with outbound / B2B sales, but missing experience isn't a dealbreaker if you're eager to learn
  • you can lead sales independently and think in context
  • you enjoy learning new technologies and understanding why and to whom they make sense
  • English is your everyday working language
  • you're looking for an environment with autonomy, but also a team you can lean on
  • you want to grow into a senior sales role

Startup experience is a plus, not a requirement. Mindset matters more.
